New Busch Vacuum Pumps
Oil sealed rotary vane R5 Range (from 3 to 1600 m3/h) 0.5 - 20 mbar
The
various designs and ultimate pressures of R5 type vacuum pumps allow the
pumps to be easily and optimally adapted for any process. R5 type vacuum
pumps are designed for continuous operation in industry and have been
successful used for many years in various applications. R5 oil sealed
vacuum pumps are available in two versions dependent upon vacuum level
required. RA with an ultimate pressure of 0,5 mbar. Optional for continuous
operation at fine vacuum. RC with an ultimate pressure of 20 mbar. An
oil return line ensures the continuous recirculation of the oil through
the system. All models can be fitted with gas ballast valves to enhance
the water vapour handling capability of the pump. There is also an Aqua
version for higher vapour tolerance. Non-standard models with
special motors or accessories compatible with the process are available
on request.

With sturdy design, proven rotary vane principle and high quality motor.
Heavy duty non return valve in the suction port prevents the vacuum chamber
from venting through the pump after shut-down.
Easy to Maintain
Clarity of design with easy to access service unit. Other than regular
service intervals no other maintenance is required
Environmentally
Friendly
With air cooling and internal oil circulation. Standard design includes
oil mist separator for clean exhaust air. Runs with low noise and low
vibration.

Variations of the R5 are available for high water vapour tolerance "Aqua" versions to Oxygen BAM certified versions, just ask if you don't see anything to suit your application.
