Delivery Information
Your UK order will be delivered the next working day whenever possible if ordered before 3:00pm. We will contact you if we are experiencing delivery issues.
NOTE if you are outside of the UK, you will be charged the correct amount of delivery for your country.
We will contact you prior to charging your account as the delivery charges stated are all for the UK mainland only.
BOC Edwards Vacuum Pump Spares Section
Delivery charges to the UK mainland on these items will be:
£9:00 GBP per three kits.
For Example:
1 kit = £9:00 delivery.
3 Kits = £9:00 delivery (2nd and 3rd kit is delivered free!)
6 kits = £18:00 delivery and so on.
Any kit selected from these pages will be counted towards your free delivery as described above.
Resin Degassing Section
Delivery charges will be quoted individually in the product description.
Reconditioned Equipment Section
Delivery charges will be quoted individually in the product description.
All other Product Sections

Credit Card Security
At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Provided that the customer adheres to our or the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule then West Technology Systems Limited undertakes to provide a 12-month warranty covering all parts and labour starting from the purchase date of the equipment.
In the event of a possible warranty claim it is the responsibility of the customer to notify West Technology Systems Limited immediately and to arrange to ship the item, at the customer’s expense, to West Technology Systems Limited. West Technology Systems Limited undertakes to inspect the equipment, assess the warranty claim and communicate a decision within one week.
The following are not covered by warranty:
1.Damage or faults to the equipment arising from incorrect operation, contamination or connection to an incorrect or unstable electrical supply.
2.Damage in transit

In the event of the goods purchased being received in a damaged condition then the appropriate courier, or West Technology Systems Limited, should be informed within 48 hours of delivery.
N.B. Should the goods be signed as being ‘received in good condition’ then West Technology Systems Limited or its nominated courier accepts no liability, for any damage incurred.
