Description: Stainless steel front loading chamber with four individually heated shelves. Evacuated to better than 5 x 10-5 mbar by a turbomolecular pump with a rotary backing pump. Analogue Pirani and Penning vacuum gauges. Dry nitrogen vent or backfill. Hot or cold process start. PLC control with manual override.
