Description: Compact High vacuum bench top unit with Alcatel turbomolecular, turbomolecular drag or molecular drag high vacuum pump with pumping speeds from 7.5ls-1 to 150ls-1. Either oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pump (pumping speeds from 2m3h-1 to 21m3h-1) or dry running diaphragm vacuum pump (pumping speeds from 0.5m3h-1 to 8m3h-1). Pirani and Penning vacuum gauges either analogue or digital. All mounted into a robust enclosed cabinet with forced air cooling. Stainless steel manifold / high vacuum valve available as an option.
