Automated Degassing System

West Technology Systems Limited design and build degassing systems for industry and specialist applications alike. This particular unit is a fully automated, oil degassing system for sensitive electronic devices.

The devices required degassed oil to be automatically inserted to the components whilst under vacuum. The procedure it replaced was manually very time consuming and required an operator to monitor the process for many hours at a time.

Our design and build team proposed a complete re-design of the system which is PLC controlled, and once the system is loaded, the operator is free to complete other tasks.
