HiCube Eco for all general high vacuum applications
HiCube Classic for all high and ultra-high vacuum applications. Available with dry and oil-sealed backing pumps
HiCube Pro for all high vacuum applications requiring fast pump downs. Available with dry and oil-sealed backing pumps
