Here at West Technology, we are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely both in the UK and USA. Our main priority is keeping our customers, suppliers and staff, along with their families, safe.
As the situation progresses, our plans may change. But here’s what we’re doing right now…
Our factory is currently open with inhouse servicing & sales being completed.
Our office staff will be working from home and during this time, we’ll be doing our very best to offer our usual level of service. Our phone lines will probably be more limited than usual so perhaps send an email if you can. We always endeavor to respond quickly to both email and phone enquiries.
We have taken the decision to temporarily suspend all customer site visits as well as on-site Forensic installations and training. This includes the UK, USA and Internationally. We are still able to offer remote technical support if required.
