The first official working week of the New Year is coming to a close and we’re all just about getting used to dating documents with 2018. With another very busy year behind us, it is a good time to reflect upon the past 12 months and also look forward to 2018.
It was another fantastic and exciting year for the West Technology Vacuum Servicing and Sales Departments and we were pleased to welcome 4 new members of staff; Daniel as Service Engineer, John as Sales Engineer, Mitch as Wiring Technician and of course Pete our very efficient driver.
John’s exceeded all expectation and has been extremely busy visiting customer’s old and new, promoting and selling the latest vacuum equipment. John has also been busy bringing equipment back which has kept our Servicing Department running at full speed. Thankfully Daniel has settled in well and quickly learnt how to service pumps fast and efficiently, which has allowed West Technology to boast faster turnaround times with the occasional ‘miracle’ to make specific delivery requirement for customers!
Investment into new equipment has been key, such as the SafteyKleen washers, new racking and delivery vans – just to name a few items. This equipment adds to our ever expanding workshop, which is now coming up to its 2nd year anniversary (how time flies!)
We would like to thank our customers for all their support in 2017 and look forward to another prosperous year in 2018. We are constantly striving forward to improve and keep up with the current demands and latest technologies in the Vacuum Industry, as well as ensuring reliability and consistency to our existing customers.
