Your laboratory has a variety of applications e.g. rotary evaporation, distillation or freeze drying where the central vacuum system must be powerful and deliver a good ultimate vacuum pressure. So you want to choose an oil seal rotary vane vacuum pump but these will not handle to range of chemical vapours generated by the applications.
The Solution:
The MIL’s CRYOLIS Central Vacuum System!
The CRYOLIS range have EVISA oil sealed vacuum pumps, but these are protected by a powerful, low temperature cryogenic trap. The trap condenses or freezes out any volatile chemical vapours to prevent them entering the EVISA vacuum pumps. There are two cryogenic trap options – the first operates at -60 degrees C and the second at -110 degrees C.
Pumping speeds from 47 – 192 m3/hr are available as standard.
