Birthday office traditions vary from office to office. At West Technology members of staff must bring in cake (note the ‘must’ we are pretty passionate about this)… for the rest of staff to enjoy. Some members of staff often need some gentle reminding and the standards do vary. However, we did not expect the standards to go through the roof on the first week of January as we experienced the best cake yet.
Daniel kindly provided an Edwards Vacuum pump cake, which was not only fun to see, with its accurate detailing and glittery icing but delicious to eat. It goes without saying how kind it was of Daniel and how much everyone enjoyed the cake on a dreary day and that everyone’s New Years resolutions were slightly loosened….
