Two of our engineers, Ben Close and Richard Ellis, were fortunate enough to attend a week long course at Pfeiffer’s Training Centre in Livingston, Scotland.
The course was led by Dr Rudi Konwitschny who is a world renowned expert in helium leak detection.
The course was an interesting mix of theory and practical work and covered a wide range of subjects including the theory of helium leak detection, design consideration in helium leak detectors, helium leak detection methods and applications, parallel pumping calculations.
We are delighted to report that both Ben and Rich passed the course with flying colours!
