Often we mention and promote our ever expanding workshop, where most servicing and manufacturing takes place at West Technology. However, we do offer onsite services for customer’s at their facilities, especially if the pump is part of a system. Our professional engineers are all experienced and happy to work in every type of environment. They often receive praise for being hard working, efficient and friendly. This service is offered up and down the country and in some circumstances overseas. Leak Detectors, Vacuum Pumps (any shapes or sizes), Catchpots and Systems can all be serviced on site – although gauge calibration can be tricky and best results are done back in the workshop at West Technology! Just recently, we had a very empty workshop with all Engineers offsite with customers – the peace was lovely! Before attending your site, we will ensure that we have all the equipment and kits to fully service your equipment, if for some reason the equipment is not reaching its best ability, loan equipment will be offered, which the engineer has brought with him ‘just encase’
