A big congratulations to the Indutrade Business Program 2025 Spring Group, who wrapped up their leadership development program on Thursday, the 9th of October, with a series of final presentations that were as insightful as they were inspiring.
The session was a celebration of how far the group has come, both personally and professionally. Participants reflected on key lessons learned, including what leadership really means, the power of a shared language, and why curiosity might just be a leader’s best friend.
There were great discussions around how listening (really listening!) can be a superpower, how engagement drives performance, and how face-to-face connection still matters in a digital world. The group also tackled big-picture themes, like sustainability in leadership and business, proving they’re not just thinking about today, but about the future, too.
We’re especially proud that Gabriela Zandomeneghi, John Hicks, and Dr Roberto King represented West Technology in this brilliant group. They brought fantastic energy and ideas to the table, and we’re excited to see how they’ll apply what they’ve learned.
Well done to all the participants of the IBP25S for their enthusiasm, openness, and commitment throughout the program.
