SOURCE BOATS
Our source boats have been designed specifically for the West Technology VMD systems. These boats are engineered to endure the challenging conditions of high vacuum and the use of elevated temperatures. They are manufactured from Molybdenum to provide a low coefficient of thermal expansion, to avoid deformation of the boat, and to provide good thermal conductivity.
The good thermal conductivity of a source boat reduces the likelihood of overdevelopment and avoids the use of problematic shutter mechanisms.

CLEANING AGENTS

HIGH VACUUM GREASE
The purpose of high vacuum grease is to enhance the sealing properties of the chamber door seal and to create a protective layer on the chamber door window and LED chamber lights’ diffusers. This barrier assists in the easy cleaning of the door window and lights to maintain the visibility of the substrate being processed.
